The "Plate Joint Inspection Scanner" is an automatic ultrasonic testing device specifically designed for inspecting the welds of aluminum and titanium plates through full immersion testing, with real-time data recording and image processing. It consists of an ultrasonic testing section and a mechanical section. The ultrasonic testing section allows for the setting of inspection conditions, as well as saving and reading results. Additionally, the mechanical section is composed of the drive axes, X-axis and Z-axis, both of which can be scanned automatically.
